I. User Eligibility

using the Services. For users aged 13 to 18, explicit parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory. Minors remain responsible for their conduct on the platform, and parents/guardians are obligated to ensure compliance.
(II) Account Creation and Security
During account registration, you must furnish accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid email address (for verification, password recovery, and critical communications), a secure password, and additional details such as your full name and birth date. You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding your account credentials. Sharing passwords or sensitive data is strictly forbidden. Your use of the Services must strictly comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prohibited activities include, without limitation, engaging in fraudulent schemes, distributing illegal substances, infringing upon the rights of third parties (such as unauthorized data scraping), or participating in activities that violate public order or morality. Any breach of these legal obligations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, or referral to law enforcement agencies. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including civil or criminal proceedings, against violations that harm our platform, users, or partners.
(IV) Account Ownership and Transfer
Your account is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized commercialization of accounts—including selling, leasing, transferring, or sublicensing access—is expressly prohibited. Any attempt to trade, auction, or otherwise monetize accounts will be deemed a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of such activities, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice. (V) License Grant

Create derivative works based on the Services without prior written authorization from GLF Interactive.
Any unauthorized use of the Services beyond the scope of this license constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

(I) Service Scope

These games are accessible across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, and emerging platforms. We are committed to enhancing user engagement through regular updates, introducing new gameplay mechanics, levels, characters, and seasonal events. Please note that we retain full discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature, either temporarily or permanently, without liability to users.
(II) Updates and Modifications
To ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction, we may periodically update the Services. Such updates may involve adjustments to game mechanics, virtual item functionalities, user interfaces, or server configurations. While we strive to notify users of significant changes through in-game banners, email newsletters, or announcements on our official website, certain updates may be implemented without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
III. Code of Conduct
(I) Prohibited Behavior
Inappropriate Content: Posting, transmitting, or disseminating content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hate speech, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics. Using vulgar language, threats, or harassment in user communications, including in-game chats, forums, or social media channels linked to the Services.
Privacy Violations: Collecting, disclosing, or exploiting another user’s personal information (e.g., real name, address, phone number, financial details) without their explicit consent. Impersonating other users, our staff, or public figures to deceive or manipulate the community.
IP Infringement: Uploading, distributing, or reproducing copyrighted material (e.g., game assets, music, artwork) without authorization from the company or third-party rights holders. Creating or distributing “fan-made” content (e.g., mods, skins) that infringes on our intellectual property, unless expressly permitted under a separate agreement.
Illegal Activities: Facilitating or participating in gambling, money laundering, pyramid schemes, or other unlawful financial transactions through the Services. Organizing or promoting hate groups, terrorist activities, or other criminal enterprises within the platform.
Cheating: Utilizing unauthorized third-party software (e.g., bots, aimbots, speed hacks) to gain unfair advantages in gameplay. Exploiting glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Services to manipulate game outcomes or economies.
Commercial Misconduct: Advertising third-party products, services, or websites without the company’s prior written approval. Operating unauthorized virtual item trading platforms or real-money auction systems outside of our official channels.
Service Disruption: Launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, spamming, or engaging in activities that overload server capacity or degrade service quality for other users. Attempting unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or administrative systems through hacking, phishing, or credential stuffing.
(II) Consequences of Violation
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in progressive disciplinary actions, including but not limited to:
Temporary restrictions on chat privileges, trading functions, or competitive gameplay modes;
Account suspension for durations ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, depending on severity;
Permanent termination of accounts involved in egregious or repeated violations;
Legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, or criminal referrals, where applicable.
You agree to indemnify our company against all losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
IV. Intellectual Property
(I) Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in the Services—including game software, audiovisual content, character designs, narratives, trademarks (e.g., “GLF Interactive”), and proprietary technologies—are owned exclusively by Guangzhou Longqu Feiyang Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. These rights are protected under copyright laws, trademark registrations, and international treaties. Your use of the Services does not confer any ownership rights beyond the limited license granted herein.
(II) Permitted Use
You may access and interact with the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Explicitly prohibited actions include:
Copying, screen-recording, or streaming game content for commercial platforms (e.g., YouTube monetization) without prior authorization;
Extracting game assets (e.g., textures, soundtracks) for use in external projects;
Removing, obscuring, or altering copyright notices, watermarks, or digital rights management (DRM) protections embedded in the Services.
V. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, outlines in detail how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your personal data. This includes information provided during registration (e.g., email, birthdate), gameplay analytics (e.g., session duration, in-game purchases), and device identifiers (e.g., IP address, hardware model). By using the Services, you consent to the cross-border transfer of data to our servers in compliance with applicable laws. We may share anonymized aggregate data with partners for analytics but will never sell your personal information to third-party advertisers without explicit consent.
Removing, obscuring, or altering copyright notices, watermarks, or digital rights management (DRM) protections embedded in the Services.
VI. Virtual Items and Currency
(I) Definition
Virtual items (“Virtual Items”) and virtual currency (“Virtual Currency”) are digital elements designed to enhance your gaming experience. These assets exist solely within the Services and hold no monetary value outside the platform. Unless expressly authorized by our company, Virtual Items and Currency cannot be exchanged for real-world money, goods, or services.
(II) Purchases
Virtual Currency may be acquired through in-app purchases using valid payment methods (e.g., credit cards, mobile wallets). All transactions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:
Duplicate charges caused by technical errors, provided you notify [email protected] within 7 days and supply transaction receipts;
Unauthorized purchases resulting from account breaches, subject to verification via bank statements or fraud reports.
(III) Adjustments
To maintain game balance and economic fairness, GLF Interactive reserves the right to:
Adjust the rarity, utility, or pricing of Virtual Items;
Introduce expiration dates or usage limitations on certain assets;
Remove or replace discontinued items from user inventories.
We will endeavor to notify users of material changes through in-game mail or patch notes at least 14 days in advance.
(IV) Account Termination
Upon account termination—whether voluntary, due to violations, or service discontinuation—all Virtual Items and Currency linked to your account will be permanently deleted. No refunds, compensation, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.
VII. Refund Policy
All purchases of Virtual Currency, premium memberships, or in-game bundles are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated herein. Refund requests will only be considered for:
Technical Errors: Duplicate charges, failed deliveries of purchased items, or server-side transaction failures, provided evidence is submitted within 7 calendar days.
Unauthorized Transactions: Fraudulent purchases made without your consent, subject to verification by our security team and cooperation with financial institutions.

VIII. Service Termination
(I) User Termination

Termination will result in the irreversible deletion of all account data, including game progress, friend lists, and Virtual Assets. Prior to termination, ensure you have redeemed or utilized any remaining Virtual Currency, as it will not be recoverable.
(II) Company Termination
GLF Interactive reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately under the following circumstances:
Violations of these Terms, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or illegal activities;
Prolonged account inactivity (e.g., 24 months without login);
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government orders) requiring service discontinuation.
In cases of widespread service termination, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email and in-game announcements, along with options to export non-Virtual Asset data where feasible.
IX. Disclaimer
(I) Service Availability
While we endeavor to maintain uninterrupted access to the Services, occasional downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance (announced via official channels), unforeseen technical failures, or third-party service provider outages (e.g., cloud hosting platforms). GLF Interactive disclaims liability for any inconvenience, lost gameplay time, or Virtual Asset depreciation resulting from such interruptions.
(II) Content Accuracy
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to game descriptions, pricing, or promotional offers. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time and revoke erroneously awarded benefits. Reliance on Service content is at your sole risk.
(III) Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may integrate links to third-party websites, advertisements, or social media platforms. GLF Interactive does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security of these external resources. Accessing third-party links is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
(IV) Risk Assumption
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLF Interactive disclaims all warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
X. Dispute Resolution
(I) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the country.
(II) Resolution Process
Prior to initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes through our Customer Support team at [email protected]. If unresolved after 60 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in China and the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
XI. Other Provisions
(I) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely aligns with the original intent.
(II) Waiver
No failure or delay by GLF Interactive in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. Waivers of specific breaches shall not be construed as waivers of future breaches.
(III) Amendment of Terms
GLF Interactive may amend these Terms periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, service features, or business practices. Revised Terms will be posted on our official website and in-game notification center, effective 15 days after publication. Continued use of the Services post-effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
(IV) Notices
Official notices from GLF Interactive may be delivered via in-app pop-ups, registered email addresses, or public announcements on our website. Users are responsible for monitoring these channels regularly. Notices are deemed received upon posting or sending.
